Anywhere in New York. We can have your item dropped off and picked up from hotels, residences, and local tourist attractions.

Scooters arrived charged, and each scooter has a range of up to 9-14 miles on an overnight charge. For rentals of multiple days, please charge the scooter overnight. All multi-day rentals need to be returned fully charged.

We conduct routine cleaning and maintenance after each rental to ensure items stay in good condition.

During your rental period, you're responsible for taking good care of the wheelchair. We understand that normal wear and tear can happen, and there is no cost associated with that. However, if the wheelchair is lost, stolen, or damaged, a repair fee will apply for damage that can be fixed, or the full replacement cost if it's beyond repair or lost.

On the way to NYC with a tour company, one of our chairs became unusable. This would have been horrible had I not discovered this company. With just 1 hours notice they showed up as we were unloading the bus! Then met us at the restaurant at the end of the day. Not only exceptional but also unexpected level of service. Oh and the chair was in top shape everything working as it should.
Terence was so great to work with! Rented scooter for my 92 year old dad to get to a football game to see his grandson play. He was thrilled with the access he had and I was thrilled with the safety it provided. He didn't miss anything our family wanted to do. The scooter was waiting at our hotel when we arrived, so easy to use and return back to the hotel for pickup. Highly recommended!!
Terence was great to work with. The mobility scooter was delivered promptly even on short notice. We asked for an extension and Terence was able to accommodate our request, we were very appreciative of his great service!
